Due to the nature of our business, we usually do not offer exchange/return except for the following cases: Incorrect product or design Non-washable large stain Noticeable damage or cut If customers were to encounter cases as above, you can request a return within 48 hours of the date of receipt if certain items are defective or damaged following these terms: Items must be returned in original condition. Items must be received by us within 7 business days. The customer is responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of postage until dispatch is confirmed.
